The Old Gardener’s Cottage is located within the mediaeval city walls, right inside Canterbury’s city park, Dane John.  Its unique location seems to have foiled Google Maps: this is the closest we could get and still have an interactive map!  If you click on the “satellite” view, you will see the cottage roof just below the marker pin.  The curious spiral structure is the park’s historic mound. If you click and hold the map, you can move it around to see the cathedral just 10 minutes walk to the northeast.  Note also how close the cottage is to the Canterbury East rail line, which provides frequent train service to Victoria station in central London.
